• ▸ What is your turnaround time?

  Typically, we ask for 5-7 days turnaround per 30 minutes of video.

  We also require deadlines to be made before each video releases.

• ▸ Why should captioning be finished before the video comes out?

  We get this question shockingly often, across all tiers of video creators. The simple answer is, we cannot condone any content in our orders to go out publicly uncaptioned for any length of time.

  Your top viewership is often in the first few minutes of release, so any lack of coverage risks turning off those in your audience who need accurate captions. You may have good reason, but your audience might think otherwise.

  For that reason, we do not recommend our services to uploaders who upload more than once a week, or whose pipelines otherwise leave no room from render to upload.
